Solid place to visit for chinese food but the portion was not quite worth it for the price. Got the nasi gorang hang tuah and the kaya butter aswell which both tasted good. The limau drink was alright.

When I first arrived at Hang Tuah, the staff seemed rather passive. There was no greeting at all, and I only received the menu after calling them over. A small detail like this actually matters a lot, since a warm welcome creates a better first impression. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. Another thing I noticed was the background music. It was way too loud, almost like watching a movie. Instead of enhancing the atmosphere, it became a distraction. Lowering the volume would definitely make the dining experience more pleasant. On the positive side, the food was surprisingly good. The chicken chop came out really hot and delicious, with the mushroom sauce complementing it perfectly. The rice served on the side wasn’t like regular fried rice; it felt more like butter rice, which matched the dish really well. Other than that, the place itself is cozy enough to hang out, and the menu offers a fair variety of choices. With better attentiveness from the staff and more suitable background music, Hang Tuah could provide a much more enjoyable overall experience.
